Bullet for My Valentine is a four-piece metalcore band from Bridgend, South Wales. 4 Words (To Choke Upon) is the first single released by Welsh metalcore quartet Bullet for My Valentine, taken from their EP Hand of Blood and later their debut album The Poison.
